Dieke will be teaching Yoga in a different form then you have experienced before.

We all know how it is to be on the mat alone, to go inside and practice awareness, and connect with our inner world. We know how much it brings us joy and a deep connection with our heart and the higher parts in us.

What happenes if we do the same ànd connect with someone else?

Can we keep the same awareness? And can maybe our joy,  bliss and depth deepen and multiply if we have a mirror in front of us (a partner)?

This is what the weekend is all about.  Connecting with the Godly place in ourselves and from there finding a connection with another, a partner, a friend, a fellow yogi, The Godly part in the other person.

There will be Partner Yoga, Massage and AcroYoga (a blend of Yoga and Thai massage and also very accesible elements of Acrobatics that everyone can do).

We will use other playfull forms like dance and singing mantra’s to help us feel the joy and bliss that our body can give us.

Don’t hesitate if you have no partner, you can come alone!

And don’t hesitate if you have never done this before, the weekend is ment for everyone!
